Large Jet Charters

Large Jet Charters

With travel becoming easier than it has ever been, it’s important to decide which type of transportation is best for you and your unique needs.

Many of us are having to travel more and more.  Whether you are a leisure traveler or a business professional, the default option for travelling has been commercial airlines. Though passengers frequently choose to go through airports and packed flights, this option may not always be best for a valuable employee or celebrity who would like to maintain their schedule and privacy. In these cases, booking a private charter jet is a smart choice. With multitudinous upsides, it’s clear to see how a private jet can be incredibly helpful. Unlike its larger companions, large private jets offer cost and time saving, complete control of your trip, increased airport locations and safer travel.

A large jet charter may  expensive on the surface; however, the long term savings of a valuable employee far outweigh the price. For multiple CEOS, managers and business owners, their time is money. They earn a certain hourly wage which can be affected by extended flights or the hassle of airport check in. An individual can end up saving themselves thousands of dollars by reducing travel/airport time and increasing productivity. This type of service makes it simple to book multiple statewide meetings in one day. Also, there are no baggage fees for anything that is brought aboard the plane.

Booking a charter jet additionally gives the passenger complete control of the journey. When you get a jet charter, you increase your number of available airports from 580 to 5,400. It is undeniable that you can get much closer to your actual location with a private jet. Multiple jet charter companies will help you arrange ground transportation once you get there as well. This helps save time and energy along with decreasing ground travel time. Unlike commercial airlines, a private jet makes you able to change the destination en route if needed. Most of these flights can be booked in as little as 2 hours in advance, too. Once aboard, the passenger is greatly accommodated. Only passengers that you approve may join you on your flight and there are staff on hand to assist you with your needs. A private jet provides the traveler with complete privacy and full comfort ability without the trouble of a noisy commercial plane. This type of environment is perfect for a business person who needs to finish up their latest portfolio, or for a public figure that cannot seem to get a moment of privacy. Statistically, air travel is much safer than ground travel. When you walk onto a private jet you can feel safe in the hands of the well trained professionals who are there to help. All jet charter employees are held to the highest standards in safety and performance. All in all, jet charter is not for everybody. However, it can offer extensive benefits to a business professional or well-known public figure. It can save time and money overall as well as giving the individual total control and the utmost safety. If you are a frequent air traveler, booking a jet charter may be the most efficient choice for you.

A large jet charter can be affordable, especially look for empty leg charters going to your destination.

Congress Funds FAA (For A Few More Weeks)

The Senate Thursday followed the House and approved a stop-gap funding measure that will carry the FAA through February 17 at current funding levels. The temporary measure provides funds through airport taxes and precedes another vote on long-term funding which is expected to take place in February. The temporary measure is the 23rd of its kind and it replaces another that was set to expire on January 31. The last long-term FAA reauthorization bill expired in 2007. For two weeks in 2011, Congress failed to provide either temporary or long term authorization for the FAA leading the agency to temporarily furlough thousands of workers and possibly tens of thousands of contractors. Current reports suggest lawmakers are optimistic they can reach an agreement prior to the new February 17 deadline.
